Interactive Description; fantasy RP | Mature players preferred | NFKZ w/o GA; No acts of aggression without participants' permission and hosts' knowledge | Profile required to recognize skills.

Rules, rules ... everywhere rules. Being players here should be adults it is expected that you will adhere to the genre and mood of the realm; however, as with all good things a few points should be illuminated.

1. Respect should be given to all players regardless of their status; however if a guardian ask you to do something, please respect them enough to simply do it.  Whether someone has a hammer or not respect the aura and energy of the room listen to what others say.

2. While Aviefar is technically a no-kill zone, fighting is allowed and in the rare event that the ruling authorities agree to it, kills will be acknowledged.  In general this realm recognizes turn base fighting over any other form ... after all we are a realm based in description.

3.  Foul language is not appreciated here; please attempt to find other ways of expressing yourself.

4.  Sexual Posts and the traditional "PMS" (Pity Me Syndrome) are not welcome here.  If you wish to cyber take it to whisper ... if you cannot think of something to do besides come in maimed and confused, try another room.  We are here for the creation of story and the interaction of person to person.

Let it be said here basic public displays of affection are recognized as vital to the development of character and thus tolerated, but we are all educated beings who know when it is time to tone it down or take it private.

5.  Room spamming and extensive OOC are strictly frowned upon.  If you wish to share a link gain permission first ... if you wish to babble in OOC take it to whispers.

6. Cupping and silence are fine lines within this realm.  New players should feel free to watch and get a feel for the room.  Entering players should watch and get a feel for the room so as not to walk into something they do not want to be involved with.  Please show respect to the room by turning to cup if you are going to be quiet for more than ten minutes, this way we know you are watching and learning.  Also realize that we too have our limits on silence within the room, if you need to be away for a length of time (over an hour) please remove yourself from the room and return when you are able to be active. Regardless of the reason for silence, please be respectful and let one of the guardians of the room know why you are silent ... such is merely good manners.
